Our termite protocol

Inspection first. Always.

Step 1 of 3 · Step 1

Full structural inspection

  • Mud tube and damage mapping
  • Drywood frass inspection
  • Moisture and entry assessment
Common questions

Straight answers.

01How do I know if I have termites?

Look for mud tubes on foundation walls, hollow-sounding wood, kicked-out frass piles near windows or doors, or discarded wings near light fixtures. If you see any of these, call us - inspection is free.

02Do you use chemicals around the house?

Modern liquid termiticides are applied below grade in a narrow trench around your foundation. They don't enter living spaces and are non-detectable to people and pets within hours of application.

03Can I sell my house with active termites?

Yes - but you'll need a Wood-Destroying Insect Inspection Report (WDIIR) for the buyer's lender. We provide WDIIRs and complete treatment quickly enough to keep most escrows on schedule.

04How long does termite treatment last?

Liquid barrier treatments last 5–10 years depending on soil and product. Bait stations are checked and refreshed annually. We renew your warranty each year as long as you stay on the program.
